Paalama, meaning ‘bridge’, is YATV’s latest addition to its many peacecasting programmes. Produced and broadcast in both Tamil and Sinhalese, this bilingual initiative attempts to transform cultural identities towards a more inclusive society; and provides the diverse nation of Sri Lanka with a means of communication and understanding in order to reconcile their differences.
